How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery time can vary depending on your location and may take around 1–3 weeks worldwide, unless a specific delivery timeframe is listed on the product page.

How Does Shipping Work?

At Calixthera, we work with trusted fulfillment partners and reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, 4PX, and other global couriers to deliver your order safely and reliably. Depending on your region, orders may ship from either domestic or international warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

Because we sometimes fulfill orders directly from partners, items may arrive in multiple packages if shipped separately — this is normal. Once each shipment is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its progress.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. Our team will guide you through the process. All returns are reviewed before final approval.

Important:
For hygiene and safety reasons, Calixthera does not offer free returns or exchanges for reasons other than product quality issues. A restocking fee (typically 10%–20%) may apply for returns not related to defects.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll provide return instructions and, upon receiving the item, issue a full refund or replacement. Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

Response Time

Our support team strives to reply quickly. While we often respond within 1–3 hours, please allow up to 24 hours, especially during weekends or holidays.
