Acupressure Mat - Washing Guidelines

Wipe the mat and pillow clean with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Do not machine wash or submerge in water, as this can damage the foam base. Air dry fully before folding and storing in the included carry bag, away from direct sunlight.
